Refund and Returns Policy

At Alainul, we take great pride in the quality and uniqueness of our antique traditional ladies’ suits. However, if you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!

📦 Return Policy

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or if a wrong item has been delivered.
  • Timeframe: You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized or altered products, items bought on sale/discount, and items showing signs of wear are not eligible for return.

🔁 Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You can return the product (if eligible), and place a new order for the desired item.

💰 Refund Policy
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. In case of COD orders, a bank account detail will be required for refund processing.

🚚 Return Process

  1. Email us at admin@alainul.in or WhatsApp us at +91-8447850244 with your order ID, issue details, and pictures of the product.
  2. Our team will guide you through the pickup or return shipping process.
  3. Once we receive and verify the returned item, the refund will be initiated.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy criteria.
  • Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or wrongly delivered.
