📦 Return Policy
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or if a wrong item has been delivered.
- Timeframe: You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Non-Returnable Items: Customized or altered products, items bought on sale/discount, and items showing signs of wear are not eligible for return.
🔁 Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You can return the product (if eligible), and place a new order for the desired item.
💰 Refund Policy
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. In case of COD orders, a bank account detail will be required for refund processing.
🚚 Return Process
- Email us at admin@alainul.in or WhatsApp us at +91-8447850244 with your order ID, issue details, and pictures of the product.
- Our team will guide you through the pickup or return shipping process.
- Once we receive and verify the returned item, the refund will be initiated.
